What tyres for C456

Need to get some rubber for my new build, but don't want to spoil the weight saving lark by sticking some tractor tyres on it.
Been looking at schwalbes, mainly ron's n ralphs as they seem a reputable tyre, with very good weights to match (circa 450 - 500g).
Usage will be the usual trail centres such as llandegla, gisburn, lee quarry.
Was originally going to stick some maxxis crossmarks on it, but then thought the ron's / ralphs would be better all rounders.
be interested to hear what the rest of you guys are running.

I've had rons and nics and ride lee quarry a lot. I've had the sidewalls rip a few times though. Maybe snakeskin option might be better...don't know how much heavier they are though. They were fine grip wise but I'm no riding god, cragg quarry was a little different with the Ron on the rear I would loose it a bit too much when pushing hard. I don't mind kicking the rear out a bit but it felt like a age before it would dig in and grip again. No problems since switching the nic to the rear though.0

Well, whilst at LBS picking some bits up, got a cracking deal on a nic 2.4 evo snakeskin for the front and a ralph 2.25 evo snakeskin for the rear.
We'll see how they go.0
