Looking for a second bike

Hello, looking for some advice for a second bike. I’ve been cycling for about 3 years now, mainly building fitness and doing sportives, but when I go to university I would like to get more competitive.
My budget is £2500-£3000 and the choice seems between the canyon slx, aeroad and the rose crs. They all seem very good for the money, although in terms of components the rose seems to have the edge, since it has carbones and I would prefer electronic shifting. My only concern about the rose is the frame, because although I think it looks better (which obviously is all that really matters), there aren’t nearly as many reviews singing its praises like there are of the canyons. The customization feature of roses is also a plus point.
Another idea would be to get two bikes, one for winter and a slightly nicer summer one, since my current road bike (a Raleigh airlite 200 – don’t laugh  ) is a size 54 and at 6ft2 it is slightly small for me. Otherwise I’ll just use the Raleigh or my Dawes horizon as a winter bike.
Since it’s an internet order, and I won’t be able to try them out I was thinking of getting a bike fit by Mr Timmis. However I couldn’t decide whether I should see him first (to get the right size frame and all the measurements to set it up myself) or after, and get it physically set up by him.
So many decisions – it’s a tough life isn’t it

I forget the model, but in the C+ bike of the year, there was a fine looking Rose, Alu frame, UDi2 and carbones for £2300ish. This would have my vote, as it got a great review, and in the black and yellow, it looks sexy as well.0

You could get a Focus izalco or Canyon, both with dura-ace and a quality wheelset, going by the reviews you can't get better for the price.0

Thanks, some helpful ideas there.0
