    I own the company!

    I employ people!

I try to only buy British!

I support British companies over any other and I pay alot of tax which keeps certain other residents of Britain in houses, sky tv and flash cars on HP

So now I'm not allowed to get a little drunk occasionally. Is this china already?

you must be drunk now since you have no clue what your talking about, you should try going there rather than just repeating the crap that you've seen on tv and read in papers, this subject has no place in workshop & tech

Well done, exactly the reason people buy imports, from China or elsewhere. So you are a true Brit until it hit's your pocket.

Bored now, but to sum up.
The op bought rip off mudguard, that needed upgrading immediately.
It's awesome to buy British, even if it's rip off rubbish.
The op didn't buy it, his company did.
    He was drunk.
    He owns the company.
He buys British unless imports are cheaper.
    Unless he is drunk.
He didn't buy it. His company did.
    He owns the company.
He buys British stuff made in Taiwan.

Thank you for giving my boss a reason to come over and bollock me because I 'shouldn't be laughing at my computer screen during work hours'...

So did mine....oh wait no he didn't as he doesn't exist.

To sum up the company bought the cube on ride to work, £1000 limit

    I buy British.

Forums are full of "experts" working for other people, wasting company time costing Britain money then moaning when they get made redundant. Welcome to the recession you manufactured. Its the only thing you have. Ha ha!!

How does your company buying the Cube change anything at all about your tedious hypocritical "argument"?

Ithink what he means is that :

The recession has everything to do with the internets and people wasting time at work, and nothing whatsoever to do with banking or complete twunts who jabber on about owning a company.

If we'd all have bought Orange 5's with £60 mudguards on (or at least our companies had on the cycle to work scheme) none of this would ever have happened.

no you don't,you buy stuff made in taiwan, and other far east countries, thats then put together over here so they can claim its british and wack a big price tag on it, orange isn't as british as you think, you need to lay off the pop and research things before you go spouting off about people claiming to be experts on this and that, because you are clearly not.

I was wondering why this thread had got so long.

We welcome product reviews and encourage Bikeradar users to post objective reviews of products. The General section is the best place for this. Where the product is made should have no bearing on how the product is summised: performance and value please. Though if they happen to come with an extensive warranty etc, please do mention, and if you think that contributes to value.
