    I know you said graveyards as opposed to graves, but this is a useful site for the latter

    Find a grave I include it as there is also has a search for Cemeteries

    The other on that is not really a Cemetery but worth visiting is the Paris Catacombs.

    In the late 1700 the graveyards were full, and the bodies were dug up an removed underground where the bones were stored in Catacombs and quarries. The Catacombs are piles of bones often (and bizarrely) arranged in decorative patterns!

    Slightly off-topic, when I used to visit Bergen Belsen, on a w/end as a younger man, with the Royal Artillery ranges still firing away in the distance - not a single song bird could you find on the Belsen site. Very atmospheric.
