Grease on disc brakes...

Hi all
Hoping you maybe able to help...
Pretty new to bike maintenance. But this aftrenoon whilst cleaning my bike after a ride out I've managed to get Muc-Off chain cleaner on my disc brakes. School boy error I know. But now I have practically no braking power from my rear brake and they make a pretty nasty sounding squeeking noise. Whats the best way to sort this out? Or would I need to buy some new pads?
They are Tektro Draco 160mm hydraulics on a Cannondale SL4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Cheers for that. Are pads easy to to replace or is it best to go to lbs for this?0

Generally very easy, but I don't know your specific brakes - should be able to change them easily anywhere though I would hope.
Try these guys - maybe call them, as far as I know Draco take the same pads as Auriga but...

Check superstar components... they probably do your pads.0 -
Not as Tektro, but I think some Shimano ones fit. But not sure.I don't do smileys.

Its worth trying to key the pad surface, lay some sandpaper on a flat surface (piece of glass, worktop, etc) and rub the pad around.0

They are the same price as superstar so if you value superstars 40 day money back thing use them instead.0 -
I think they are also the same people as Exotic - carboncycles.ccI don't do smileys.

I messed up in a similar way last year with some GT85, so I took bike to top of a very steep long hill (fortunately I live in Sheffield so I had plenty to choose from) and applied the brakes all the way down - essentially burned off the contaminant. Brakes were spot-on by the time I reached the bottom of the hill.
If this doesn't work as effectively for you as it did for me and you find yourself bombing down a steep hill without brakes, please don't blame me!0
