Hi Guys/Girls,
I'm sure this topic has been done ten thousand times before. I need to replace my cheap Selle Italia Q-Bik which came with the bike, I've given it every chance but I had to admit today, it's killing me. I only did 34 miles today and the saddle was the sole reason for cutting my ride short!
I need a good all rounder, I ride around 3 times per week, twice approx 22 miles and usually a 40/50+ miler at the weekend. Comfort is key, but without sacrificing too much weight. The budget is approx £100, happy to spend a bit less if possible. I'd prefer white (same colour as the present one). One preference is an Italian make, as every single component on my bike, including the frame, is Italian, and I quite like this.
I look forward to some great advice, thanks.

A very personal thing saddles. Different people will tell you a completely different style and make etc... Lots of shops have tester saddles, especially those from Fizik, I've a Fizik Aliante and find it super comfy. See if you're LBS has a tester range and try one out.Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

As I was once a fellow sufferer with a Q-Bik I can sympathise. As everyone will tell you, which saddle will work for you is going to be very personalised.
I changed from the dreaded Q-Bik to a Selle Italia C2 Gel Flow. Mine is in black but they do it in white as well.
I've done about 2,500 miles on it since the beginning of the new year and I find it very comfortable, quite a revelation.
I got mine from Amazon and they still appear to be round about the cheapest... £47.19

But there again, you might find it torture.“You may think that; I couldn’t possibly comment!”

My local bike shop has a little widget that you sit on and your sit bones leaves an indentation in some foam which can then be measured to see how wide your sit bones are and allows you to narrow down which saddles to look at more easily. It's a Specialized fit store but I'm sure all shops offering bike fits will have a similar way to measure the size of your butt!
I also have a q-bik saddle and the future for it isn't looking good!0
