Tips for setting up Session 8 suspension...

I'm trying to get the Fox Van RC shock set up correctly on my new (2nd hand) Session 8
Trek has an online calculator but it says the 2011 model has a DHX 4.0 shock. Maybe this is just an error on their website because I don't see them kitting out their 'entry level' DH bike with that shock.
Anyway - if any of you good guys & girls have any tips or know of any online resources to help me it would be much appreciated.
The Session is my first full-susser and also my first bike with coil-spring fork so a bit lost tbh

hahaha - Indeed. In at the deep end! Definitely rides a bit different to the Rockhopper!
Yeah all I could find on FAQ's was a dead link to Fox's site. Will try and find out if it's just a typo on Trek's calculator as I guess that would be the best guide.
