Embarrasing situations

Decided to have a ride out before tea ,coastal route Aberdovey - Bringrug, a few miles out of Aberdovey chain came off
clipless pedals, fell over on a nice grass verge.
Car behind stopped bloke shouted over to me are you ok, 'yes i replied' you seem to be having a bad day did you know your helmets on back to front.
Haven't stopped laughing after getting over the embarresment :lol:

    Oh the helmet is a Giro transfer,in need of an upgrade one thinks, just to many to choose from,
    I'll get one with special graphics stamped on,front & rear :mrgreen:
