RP23 installation on 2009 Specialized Enduro

Evening all,
Just mounted a new Fox RP23 shock to my 2009 Spesh Enduro FSR Expert.
All fitted in nicely except I'm getting play from the bottom bushings/lower shock eye bolt (basically it sounds exactly like worn bushings). Top bushings are fine.
I got the shock from Mojo who sent me bushings with 8mm-holes (apparently this is what they've sent out for previous 09 Enduros). Will speak to them on Monday but anyone got any ideas why I'm getting this play or has anyone else previously upgraded their Enduro shocks?
Would ideally like to fix tomorrow so I can go for a ride but obviously don't want to risk wrecking my new kit!
