Projekt 3.2 carbon tubs, used/heard of them?

Up for sale on a well known auction site is a pair of Projekt 3.2's tubular carbon. Hope Pro3 hubs which I believe from some research are 135mm so it would fit Campag 11's.
Has anyone heard of these as I am struggling to find anything about them. Auction ends this evening and something about them would be really appreciated.
