errr do you realise this is a cycling forum. I'm sure there will be someone that can answer your question but your post sounds like you think this is a motor bike one.

    Assuming NI has same laws as UK, you have to do a CBT before you can ride on the roads - and then you'll be restricted to a 125 on L plates.

    If you pass your two part test on a 125, plus theory test, you can then ride a bigger bike but restrcited to 33bhp for two years after which you are unrestricted.

    Or you can do a Direct Access course, which is training and tests on a bigger bike and then you can ride anything. Laws are in the process of being changed though.

    If laws are different in NI though, I could be talking complete crap. Info should be here somewhere
