  • I want to say Bionicon, I really do. BUT, I can't help but think for the riding you want to do, the Norton or even the Hanzz would be a better fit. I don't see you doing enough climbing get the most out of the Edison.

That said, I've never ridden any of your enduro courses, so my opinion really means fuckall

Cant help with bike as I know nothing about enduro riding but I would put a chunk of money towards specialist bike insurance and the best lock I could find. Get a chain about 2 m long and wrap it round the bike and through the frame/wheels. Wont stop the thieves but it will make the feckers work for it.

I'd say give YT a go, partly because I can't get enthusiatic about the other options but the seem to be getting good reviews and are cracking value for money. Two of those YT's are full on downhill bikes, so fine for uplifts but is that really what you need for enduro?

Well after today riding at the DH uplift day i think a DH rig is what i want, but this leaves me riding the CyB endure on my blue pig, which today managed everything i could throw at it!

i will let you know what is chosen, I've given myself a deadline of 5pm tomorrow!

I was thinking that about my Spicy at CC yesterday, but my riding buddy who has a Spicy and a Spesh Demo thinks the DH rig is well worth the money for the extra speed and ability on uplift days.

PS: I'm thinking about a Tuesday DH if I carry on doing uplifts quite often, so it'd be good to get someone to test one out in advance

Blue Pig should cope fine with that, or at least I hope it will because I'm planning on doing it on my puny little orange.
