Assos Prosline or f1 13 S2 bib shorts - Bargain

Although I own some Assos kit - fantastic by the way. I have no idea how good the Prosline or F1 13 S2 bib shorts are. I think I can get either new with tags for less than £100. Is this a bargain? Unfortunately, I have to act quick - so prompt responses much appreciated!
