Sram - bb compatibility query?

Now I am confused. I have a Pinarello with Italian thread BB. I have been advised that the Sram force bb will only fit a certain type of frame?!
I have located a bb for the gxp chainset with Italian thread, I don't see where a problem may exist. Surely it is just a matter of getting the compatible bb with the correct frame thread?
I have always riddeb campag but I am fitting out the pinarello as a winter trainer.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I run a GXP BB on an English thread frame and am pretty sure you're right - just select the correct 'Italian' or 'English' thread option for your frame. Cant see why the BB wouldnt fit any frame that has either of those threads....

I see Wiggle sell either option so you should be fine!

Found a Truvativ/Sram Bb on e-bay from highonbikes. Noticed they have ceramic one's available but I think I will try and keep the budget reasonable. After all it will be my winter trainer. I will get some panniers and fill them up with bricks!
