Powertorque crank arm stuck solid

Guys,
Can anyone recommend a way to get the non-drive side crank arm off?
I removed it about 4 weeks ago, and regreased, and put it back. Just tried to remove it again today and it is stuck fast.
I have the park tool puller and all the necessary parts, but it just won't budge.
Would riding the bike without the bolt in help me move some?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
FJ

I have a very similar issue. I have an Athena 11 carbon crank which I cannot remove. Removed the 14mm hex bolt and washer. Removed the circlip. And I have managed to break the park tool puller tool trying to move the non drive side arm.
Did you get this resolved?0 -
I do hope so. It was 4 and a half years ago!0
