Do these exist?

I've just bought a Reverb for my Canyon Nerve, it works great but being a bit of a tart I think the look of the bike is spoilt by the ugly cable ties that hold the hose in place. On the botom of the top tube there are a couple of holes that currently have plastic plugs in - is it possible to buy some sort of cable clip that will fit these holes and hold the hose snugly along the bottom of the tube ??
Thanks
Jim

I'm not sure if I am thinking of the same thing that you are describing, but these hose clips work very well for clipping housing to the frame.
They clip onto these mounts:
and look like this when fitted:
I hope I'm talking about the same thing you are describing0 -

That's the sort of thing I'm after, see the single version is due in stock next month so happy to wait until then.
Thanks for the heads up

I've just used cable ties that are the same colour as the bike frame. You don't notice them at all."Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes

I've gone one step further and attached fork hose guides to the frame so the cable can't pop out.
