Schwalbe - a company who care about their customers

Just needed to share the very positive experience of customer service from Schwalbe.
I have some Durano S tyres that were bought last summer, put on summer wheels, used for less than 500 miles and then put away when for winter.
They started to show signs of roughing/cracking in the writing part of the tyre wall but as I put them away I forgot to do anything about it at the time.
I have just started using the summer wheels and tyres this week and obviously remembered the issue so sent photos to Schwalbe and asked if it was an issue or simply cosmetic.
After a painless exchange of a few emails to establish use, storage conditions etc. they have agreed to replace them.
So anyone wanting to purchase from a company with the peace of mind that they respond to customer service issues can do no wrong going to Schwalbe in my experience.

While i can fully agree they have good customer service, i will say it's probably because they have experience in unhappy customers...
I've had Ultremo R (which had the well known issue)
Ultremo R.1 which suffered similar problems, i've had blizzards suffer issues, durano s ive had problems with and im done with them, they have been fine dealing with, but their products leave a lot to be desired. Every other brand have not had these kinds of issues or none that i've heard of0
