Hi,

As I've not ridden the bike for a good 6+ months I've piled on the pounds etc (14 stone) and feel I should be putting air in my rear shock.

Is there a weight to psi table anywhere or how much should I be putting in on average?

Thanks

Or set it based on sag.

usually about 25% sag, and then adjust it after some rides to suit how you like it. there isn't really any specific amount.
