Sram x9 Pulley, help!

Hi guys
I'm just about to replace the rear pulleys on my sram x9 derailler as they have worn out.
How do i do this?
I have looked at the derailler and it looks like the bottom pulley has a simple screw (of some type) that can be undone and the new pulley simply replaced. Is this correct?
Also how to I go about changing the top pulley, I have no idea?
Or would I just be best going to my local bike shop?
