Merida TFS 300D vs Cube Analog

guys, pls help: I narrowed my search and testing to these two bikes:

and

http://www.merida-bikes.com/en_int/bike ... +TFS+300-D

Any advise? the only difference i can see is the weight (apparently the cube is ~1kg less heavy, although I don;t know if they are reffering to the same frame size)

this is going to be a reacreational vehicle , I intend to take it to offroad, on hill side trails
