carbon wheels from One7 Cycles - anyone used?

I'm looking at some wheels from One7 cycles on ebay as they are UK based (so they say) and hopefully it would take the guesswork out of buying the wheels from China/HK. Has anyone come across them before? Don't want to buy from UK only to find its really china and I get hit for duty/tax. Apparently some companies say they are UK when they aren't to get the sales. Or am I just being paranoid??

    They seem legit, I've emailed them about whether they do other variants as Im interested in clinchers not tubs, and they have got back to me with quite a few variables they can offer, all of which can be built and delivered with in a week... Got me interested in them now lol
