USE Sumo XCR Shokpost spring soft vs medium.

Hi, I have the USE Sumo XCR Shokpost with medium spring.

I have found it to be quite hard.

Can someone tell me how softer the soft spring is compared to the medium?

This much (from CRC's description)?

• Spring colour/ Spring Rate/ Rider Weight LBs/ Rider Weight Kg
• Green: Soft/ 85-120/ 38-55
• Yellow: Medium/ 120-174/ 55-80
• Purple: Hard/ 174-225/ 80-100

It could also vary a bit based on the seat-tube angle.
