Rock Shox SID RLT QR 2011 Wheel Leaning

I got a 2011 RS SID from On One a few months ago for my Whyte 801. The bike was originally on Continental Speed King 2.2's but I switched to Nobby Nic Evo 2.4's after getting the new fork. I've recently noticed that the wheel is leaning towards the left fork tube and under compression the leaning/flex increases to the point where the tyre is rubbing badly. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case when the fork was new but I cant be absolutely sure. I know there isn't a problem with the wheel because I have just replaced it (went over the bars inexplicably after a jump, possibly the front tyre locking up against the fork tube???).
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or had any similar experiences with the RS's? I did a quick Google search and it seems I might not be the first person to have this problem. Thanks.

Was the skewer replaced? Some poor QR skewers can't get enough grip and allow for this to happen. What is the make of the skewer, and also, did you replace the wheel for the same? Tighten the QR as much as you can.A much loved, Giant Trance X3 20100

I replaced the front wheel with something different but kept the old OEM QR skewer. Will try tightening but i usually have front QR pretty tight.0

What is the skewer?0

Just the oem skewer that came with the Whyte 01. Dont think its branded. Will have a look0

Try a Shimano Deore.0

Had a look. The skewer is unbranded. Its also slightly bent, however its not causing the problem. When I remove the skewer completely and let the fork sit on the the wheel, the wheel is still slanted to the left. Its almost like the right tube is a fraction shorter than the left.
If I hold the wheel straight and then tighten the QR everything looks ok but the axle doesn't actually touch the top of the right dropout, it sits approx 1mm under with the clamping force of the QR suspending the wheel. I would imagine a couple of hard hits would seat the axle back into the dropout. I don't think I'm missing anything. Suggestions? Thanks.0 -

I have RS Recon Golds, and have found this happening when the fork is compressed, and using brakes while turning. The tyre rubs against the left side of the crown. I've put it down to the wheel needing trued though, and the fact that the wheel doesn't sit central in the fork.
Speaking of quick releases, how does this look? I emailed the seller but got no reply concerning the model. Look okay for the price? Fake? The image opens when you click the blank picture square.

Any bent QR usually causes a problem.
Those Shimano ones from ebay look real.0 -
But surely the axle should sit flush in the dropouts? The QR doesn't affect this.0

It may cause loosening and an overly flexy wheel though.0
