Continental Der Kaiser

Needing a new dry front tyre for the Rocky and pretty set on replacing my Minion with a Der Kaiser since it apparently holds its line a little better and wears a lot slower. Anybody got experience of both and can back this up?
I've seen plenty of 2.5 black chili versions for around £30 but they all say they are folding but there are no folding Der Kaisers on the Continental website. Should these really exist or are they really cheap nasty OEM tyres? They are still meant to be the DH casing and still weigh well over a kilo so I'm thinking that they are fairly new and Continental just haven't updated their website.
