Do these Cleats need replacing?

I moved from SPDs to SPD-SLs and I'm surprised (or not really since they're plastic) how quickly they have worn. Do these look like they need replacing anytime soon? They still clip in and out ok, but I would rather change them before I have problems doing so..

Ive had many worse than that... So long as they clip in securely and you cant make them release except for how they should then keep on going. You will slowly get more float as they wear though.

I think Shimano recommend replacing them when the yellow pads are worn
