Hi all,
Bit of background info which may or may not help.
I am a semi-exp mountain biker (well i like to think I am) and I currently commute to work on a vintage 5 speed "racer", weighing in at just under 15kg.
My commute is 7 miles each way, and takes me about 35mins door to door. The majority is on the road and a mile or so along regents canal.
We have a dedicated room for bikes in our basement and is very secure (aware these aren't cheap bikes).
Future intentions will be to enter a few competitions/charity events and will upgrade components when wear and tear, rears its ugly head.
So these are my top 3 choices:

http://www.cyclesurgery.com/cube-bikes- ... duct/41561
finally...
http://www.swiftcycles.co.uk/projects/focus-cayo-1 (what is the official weight of this bike)
I went for a little spin on the cube agree yesterday and felt comfortable and will be going for a test ride of the other two hopefully tomorrow.
I'm looking for owners experience on these and what to look out for i.e. can these be used in the winter with the right adjustments, necessary upgrades etc...
Many Thanks.
Craig
