I set mine up at first by taking my road bike position when low on the hoods and revolving it forward around the BB making sure I preserved the hip angle. This meant moving the saddle forward and bars down. I then spent a lot of time fine tuning (and still am). You may need to do some work on your flexibility.
A proper bike fit is probably a good idea but make sure that whoever does it understands TT fitting.
