I was at that race and got some footage on the bike, just the first lap and I'm not very good at it but you get a good idea of the course

that seemed alot like the XC race i did over cannock. lots and lots of climbing for not much reward. at least it was bone dry for you. was like a ploughed field for us.

Round 1 was awful for mud etc like that, they had to shorten the race due to the conditions

Was all good fun though
