Hi,
I've just sold my bike and the money is burning a hole in my pocket!
I have a few choices but really don't have a clue which one to opt for because I'm not sure which is best. Any help I people could give me I would really appreciate it....
The choices are -
Trek 6700 (2010) - second hand
Scott Aspect 35 (2010) - brand new
Cannondale SL5 (2010) - second hand
Giant Revel 0 / Giant Talon 3 (2011) - brand new
Cheers

Sorry! Completely forgot about links on, my bad.
Here you go .........
Trek 6700 - http://www.evanscycles.com/products/tre ... 4#features
Scott Aspect 35 - http://www.paulscycles.co.uk/products.p ... 1b0s2p3025
Cannondale SL 5 - http://www.paulscycles.co.uk/products.p ... b65s2p3118
Giant Talon 3 - http://www.paulscycles.co.uk/products.p ... 1b4s2p3479
I know very little about differences in the specs tah.0 -
Of those, the Trek - but if it's second hand and you don't know what you are looking at, you might be better off buying new.
Carrera - Halfords or Rockrider - Decathlon make decent bikes in your price range.
Avoid the Cannondale - the spec is dire.I don't do smileys.

Cheers for the advice, I've got about 400 - 450 to spend. Thought I would be better getting a second hand one?
I've asking on here if anyone is selling a bike but as of yet no one has came back to me.
Cheers again0 -
I would seriously think about second hand, but you've got to be careful. Most bits are easily sorted, but a fork service can cost the best part of £100.I don't do smileys.
