Desktop best buy
I'm after recommendations for a reasonably priced ( <=£ 700) buy off the shelf desktop. I don't need the monitor as it runs with a 26" telly.
It does however need to be good for gaming as the main use is by my son
Any ideas would be great.

Hmm, gaming PCs are always fairly expensive. Check something like this out though, and change the graphics card to the highest spec you can afford.

Not a gaming one but I bought a decent spec desktop with an ok processor 8gb ram and 1tb hd for 200 quid from ebuyer.com, dunno if they have any decent gaming ones, not really my bag, but might be worth a quick look0

Now that's a great idea for that price you could add a half decent vid card if it will take it and still be quids in ,,,, CheersI'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

Novatech are quite good, they have a few gaming PC's at different values, (Monitor not included):

I normally just buy motherboard bundles from them and upgrade the PC for around £300, easy if you know how to re-install windows.

Scan Computers also allow you to do this:
