Equilibrium rear dropout

Can any Equilibrium owners do me a favour and check the rear drop out angle for me please? Is it perpendicular with the ground (I.e., vertical) or is their an angle on it?

I ripped my rear mech off the other day and now there's a pretty obvious angle on the dropout where the rear mech attaches. Doesn't look right.

    Cheers. My dropout is in need of some intensive TLC then by the looks of it. If a bloody great big adjustable spanner can ever be tender that is...

    All of this because of a plastic bag.
