34.9 to 31.8mm xtr front mech adapter

Does anyone have any idea where I can get hold of an adapter for an XTR M970 front mech to allow it to fit my 31.8mm post?

I've tried searching for the exact shim (SM-AD16M Clamp Band Adapter) and my LBS says it's been discontinued, and a google search doesn't really help either.

    Most LBS will have a pile of old shims as most aftermarket shimano mechs come as 34.9 with shims, they can be ordered (whether it's that exact one or not I don't know, but they will fit), place a wanted on here or STW as many people have a pair laying around (I think I have, but am overseas right now).
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
