I ve had a few years off from MTB, been over in the darkside of Road, Hope the same OCP rules for posting on here dont apply.
Decided I wanted an MTB again after some mates developed the itch, but as I lost my job recently I put this together on a budget, IMO I think I ve got a bargain would be interested in what you guys/girls think.

Pedals are on loan to a mate at the moment to see if he can ride clipless but on their way back.
Reckon it stands me about £300 . I will only be riding local canal paths and sherwood pines at the moment, but hopefully when I get another job , I ll look to put in front sus (Any recomendations) and switch to hydraulic discs for forays into the peaks.

Very sweet frame. Love the forks: have been thinking about similar On Ones or Pace RC 31s, but these look fantastic. Bargain prices too. Dontcha just love ebay?0

Thanks for the comments Russ,
Was seriously looking for a set of Pace RC31's but they just hold their money so well must be a testament to the esteem their held in, Wanted to do the British thing though.
Pretty Pleased with the Bontys they track great and are a bit longer than most rigid forks so the off set is great for the geometry , so think I ll stick with them , other than getting some bounce on the front for more technical days.0 -
