My first road bike.
I got a Boardman Hybrid Comp this time last year on the Cycle 2 Work scheme. It was the first bike I'd ridden since I was about 14 (I'm 42) and I didn't know if I'd even take to cycling. As it happened I loved it and have covered about 3,000 miles this year.
The Cycle 2 work scheme started up again this week and I thought it was time for an upgrade so went for another Boardman as I had been so pleased with the first one.
I can't believe how much lighter the road bike is. I'd say about 2kg difference. All I need now is for the snow we currently have in Sheffield to vanish so I can actually ride the thing. :-)

Nice bike, I really like the boardman's. Did they give you that stand with it aswell?0

No I had to buy the stand but my cycle 2 work scheme voucher was for £999 but the bike was on offer at £899 when I went to buy it so I had £100 to spend which got me the stand along with some other bits.0

Lovely looking bike mate, I'm new to biking myself and I'm in Kilnhurst near Rotherham if you fancy going out for a ride any time? Plenty of hills round here for a challenge!0

Might want to sort the angle of your bars out a bit, look far too dropped.
Cracking bike for the money though0
