Android non gps/internet connected euro map app?

Looking for a standalone map app for android. Found forever map by skobbler.. anybody have experience of this app or any other android standalone?

    OsmAnd has an off-line rendering mode, if OpenStreetMap has good mapping of the areas you are interested in. You just need to download the database for the area you're visiting before you leave...

    Use Sygic Aura on my android - just be aware that any gps eats the battery up really quickly.
