here is the spec of it aswell im not too sure about whats good and whats not.0 -
For what sort of usage? Also what price? Is very heavy!0
-
just anything in general really probably mostly through woods, also you say heavy, what would it be too heavy for and the price is 310 at the moment.0
-
Well for 310 you will find no better full suspension. But lighter hardtails like the Mongoose Tyax Comp.0
-
yeah thats fair enough, would a lighter hardtail be better? and if i bought new forks for the bike would it make it lighter?0
-
If you spent 300 on forks, yeah ;-)
36lbs is a lot of weight for a bike like this, though it should be tough.0 -
fair enough i like the look of them boxxer forks so would like to upgrade to them at some point if i get the bike lol.
also whats the difference between the shimarno deore and the sram x.5?0 -
The bike will not take a boxxer, far too big! 130mm max.
Deore and X5 are roughly equivalent, just different manufacturers.0 -
oh fair enough would it take any forks that are similar to the boxxers?0
-
Nope - that Tora is a good fork, tough and well damped.0
-
fair enough so an upgrade would be pointless really, any other useful information?0
-
make sure it fits and is not damaged!0
-
its a 17 inch bike and im 5ft 8 hoping it will fit lol. it hasnt had much use and looks very clean so hopfully a bargin0

Hi I had one of these two years ago it is a nice bike and pretty bombproof for drops ect but I found it very heavy but a smooth ride, good for upgrades but you could probably get better now at that price point on ebay.0
