Inner Tubes on my Bianchi

I was wondering whether the tyres on my new Bianchi Nirone had iner tubes as well - Hutchinson Equinox 700 x 23??? First road bike so please don't laugh. I can remember my BMX having what we called sow-ups which were tube-less.

They have inner tubes - the valve will be sticking out of a hole on your wheel rim.
