point eight nine miles is what I have cycled today. Thats the first time I have ridden that far on my own for forty years.

    I did consider it and could have, but the last eight miles it started to pissistently (sic) rain, and I had had enough and I wanted my mum.

    Erm, do you mean 4km??? Otherwise they cycled at that speed for almost 3 days solid!!!
