Cannondale RZ ONE TWENTY 3 or Canyon Nerve XC 6?

Howdy Ladies and Gentlemen!

The topic says it all really...

I have around £1000 to spend willing to stretch a little more..

I have seen the 2010 cannondale at £1099 and the Canyon at the same price..

I will be riding Trails and generally just using the bike to fly around my local area - Offroad and on road.

I have had a couple of Hardtails and quite fancy a full suss but trying not to destroy my bank account!

Both the bikes specs seem reasonable.. Infact the Canyon spec is unreal for the price and a 2012 bike..

I like both bikes but obviously being in England i am unable to try the Canyon which would be my usual first point of call?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.. I should specify incase anyone decides to point me to other bikes I will need an XL frame! (yup im a lanky streak of ahem)

I have just had a demo of the Cannondale you mentioned and absolutely loved it. Mind you it was the 2012 model so i dont know how much they differ. If i was buying though i would go for a lighter one in the range
