Just had some great customer service from Velo Ecosse. Ordered a set of Ksyrium Elites that came with free rubber... never mind Haribo. As the 4000s were out of stock they threw in a set of Attack and Force.. with free tubes too! I was kept up dated throughout the whole ordering process... top class.
