Well, it's just about freezing here, gale-force winds, snow, sleet and rain in massive amounts falling horizontally, mixed in with the sand from the beach stinging and biting into my face. I'm cold, I'm soaked to the skin and I still have four miles left to go. I blearily looked onto the beach, shielding my eyes from the sand and thought, "Look at that idiot, walking their dog in *this* weather".

    If I'm pass through Whitburn between a certain time I see a woman jogging along the road I'm traveling. No matter what the weather she seems to be out there, even on days like today.

    I went for a 20 mile ride up the tow path of the River Lea at the weekend, and you are right, my bikes do need a wash.

    Don't need to. Its been dry and sunny here in London since I washed my bike last month 8)
