Shimano to Camnpy freehub?

I am looking to use my Mavic Cosmic SR's on my campag geared bike. They are currently on a Sram set up.

Can I change the mavic Sram free hub to campy and if so what do I need?

Also I am now putting zip 404 tubs onto my S3. Do I need a spacer and if so where do I get one?
