shimano cranksets

What is the difference between M660 and Deore Shimano cranksets.
is there any different sizes with any thing such as the bottom bracket or is M660 juct a bit better crankset than deore?

SLX is a group set up.

Weights etc are listed on shimanos web site.

Both are essentially completely compatible.

The slx has hollow arms so is lighter and stiffer, the deore has solid ones that are relieved at the back.
