Crank self un-screws

Hello.

Ive had my Kona since 2006, started riding it to work on the road in my previous job and it seems whenever i re-tightern the chain side arm on the crank within a week or so it was working itself loose.

Ive tried threadlock but this doesnt seem to hold it.

any other ideas i can try? :?:

    New cranks. The interface will be damaged causing it to self loosen.
