Streaming media data sizes

How much data is downloaded for an hours worth of viewing? OK, I know it will vary depending on the quality, but what about something low, like watching the Tour of Flanders on Sporza when Eurosport is showing flippin' Touring cars!

    about 300 to 400 mb depending on file type,up to about 1.3 gb if hd,only going off stuff i download though
