Cheap Seatpost

Hi, just wondered whether anyone has had any of these seatposts or knows anything about them. Limited to about £20 as I'd rather upgrade in different areas of the bike.
There is a carbon seat post for £20 fron on-one, is this too good to be true? The other two are only slightly heavier and are not carbon, while being 50mm longer.

There's a thread on the other well known MTB forum at the moment about the Twelfy. It isn't very complimentary.
Can't comment on the others but I've had one of these for 3 1/2 years now and it's been great !

31.6mm and preferably 400mm length (I know that the carbon one is 350mm but i dont mind it as its so cheap).

A bit weighty, but good enough price:
