I have a set of 3 tunes set up but on repeat - just play them really really loud.

1. Tori Amos' cover version of the Boomtown Rats' "I don't like Mondays"
2. Johnny Cash's cover of NIN's "Hurt"
3. The Smiths: "Suffer Little Children".

Now, if they don't get ya pedalling in your turbo trainer nothing will………..
