ive got an xtc 2 and am considering some upgrades, id mainly like to consider forks and a new wheelset but ill post the full spec so you can see everything. would like to make it quite light but hardwearing as i am not the most technical or riders.

A Reba will shed over a pound in weight and up performance. Superstar wheels ie Switch on Crest similar.
Bars and post tend to hide weight, foam grips will knock off 100g for a tenner.0 -
ok, ive managed to save 300 grams switching wheels. looking at rock shox sid race, im assuming these would be a worthy lightweight upgrade?0

2011 Reba or reduced travel Revelation are stiffer, but the SID will be fine for just XC.0

Yeah, but no big drops or jumps! As you have switch hubs, I'd get the 15mm maxle version.0

maybe im best sticking with the recon for now till im lighter as the monkey does have a few drops and im quite rough with the bike.0
