The cheap ones do...Holland and Baratt are aweful !
If you got for the more expensive (Maxi Muscle are the best but expensive) ones I think their lactose free.
I take discount suppliments own Ultimate Health which I dont think has lactose....certainly doesn't messmy stomache up like the cheap stuff !0 -
I may be wrong but I have yet to find any brand protein shake that is truly lactose free . Cows Milk comes disguised as other ingredients ; cassein, whey, caseinate . All milk deriatives.
In the end i made my own in a blender using 1cup MyProtein egg white powder,1 cup rolled oats, honey, a banana and Ricedream ( dairy and lactose milk substitute found in Tescos) . Just as tasty0 -
The berry High5 ones are lactose free http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=170610

Update...the Maximuscle protein only is lactose free...the all in one does have a small amount of lactose tho. You can get lactose free milk and so lactose can be removed from milk products...just ain't cheap !
Depends how susceptible to lactose you are I spose0
