Truvativ Chainline advice

Hi Guys! First post this, so apologise if its been asked before ( I have looked)
I have a Truvativ Blaze Howitzer Chain set to fit to my Cannondale F6 Disk 08. I have realised i need to buy a Howitzer BB, 68mm. BUT, what will be the best size to go for to make sure i have the correct chainline 51mm or 56mm? Any advice would be great! Im slowly but surely building up my components on this bike, will post some pics when i can work out how to!

56 tends to be for DH bikes. 47.5 to 51 is normal."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
